REGISTRY AND PRIVACY STATEMENT

This privacy statement describes how Palad processes its customers’ personal data. Palad has the right to update this privacy statement at any time as it deems necessary and to inform registrants of the material changes made.

2. The purpose of the customer register

Palad (hereinafter “we”) collects the personal data of e-commerce customers only for purposes relevant to the order, such as order processing, confirmation and delivery, customer communication and communication, and customer relationship management.
We also use the information of our website visitors for analytical purposes.

We collect the following information about customers who have placed an order or registered:

We receive personal information from customers in accordance with this privacy policy when ordering or registering. The technical analytics data of visitors to the website is automatically stored in Google Analytics.

4. Data collection and processing

We process personal data to manage customer relationships, develop business, ensure a better customer experience in all channels and manage marketing communications. With the customer’s consent, to the extent that consent is required, the register is also used for sending newsletters, event invitations and announcements.

We retain the personal information of our customers for the period specified by law or as long as it is necessary for the management of the customer relationship.

10. Automatic decision making

No automated individual decisions (Article 22 of the EU Data Protection Regulation) are taken.

11. Security

The data is transferred over an SSL-secured connection.
Electronic data is protected by a firewall, usernames and passwords.
Access to the data is limited to those employed by the controller who needs the data in the course of their duties.
