Kuopio scholarship for Palad designers

Palad designers Jaana Partanen and Heikki Lamusuo were awarded a Kuopio scholarship. The recognition was given at Kuopio’s anniversary celebration on November 18th at Kuopio City Hall.

In the grounds for awarding the recognition, it is mentioned that Partanen & Lamusuo is a wonderful example of the union of art, innovation and business in Kuopio. The traces of the work can be seen positively in the cityscape of Kuopio. In particular, Palad Showroom was seen as a delightful way to bring to the center of Kuopio a meeting point in the world of Finnish modern architecture, public art and furniture design.
